The photographer behind LE Portraits
I have been married to Troy for 12 years and we have 3 beautiful, crazy children. Taking pictures and scrapbooking have been hobbies of mine for years but taking portraits started when I had my own children. I found that I would get the kids all dressed up to go to a studio, where they would cry and refuse to look at the camera or would give a cheesy, fake smile. It was stressful for all involved, so I began taking their pictures at home and got pictures that represented their actual personalities. A business idea began forming and in the fall of 2006 I started LE Portraits and in 2008 became Leslie Everett Portraits, LLC. I have now expanded from children only to families, seniors, and even sports teams. I love the variety of photographing a newborn one day and a senior the next. In 2008, I teamed up with Owasso Magazine to do their photography and get to meet even more great people in the Owasso area. I feel very blessed by all the wonderful clients I have met and am happy to say that I love my job.
