LE Portraits ~ the blog: Owasso Oklahoma photography

I met the H family 6 months ago when we did little man’s newborn pictures. They are such a fun, sweet family and I really enjoyed our time together again this week. They had a picture of each of their older boys in a pot at 6 months and wanted to try to match it up for little H. I called my friends at Soiree and borrowed a chefs hat and set off for the session…hoping to get the shot they wanted. Mrs. H pulled out some veggies and a pot and baby boy played right along. I have had a busy few days with sessions. Thankfully, we scheduled our one today for 9am so I got home before the roads got bad and am happily snowed in at home with my family now. I wanted to give a quick sneak peek to the G family (I can’t believe Mr. D is already 3 months!), the M family (how fun to have all 8 cousins visiting!), and another M family (again…where does the time go that Miss T is already 6 months?!?). I am keeping this short (one each) so I can spend more time editing the sessions and get them to you as soon as possible. Thanks so much for letting me photograph your families and stay warm in this crazy weather!

I was so excited to be called back to do these sweet triplets’ 6 month Christmas pictures. They were not totally thrilled with being stuffed into a basket together but I think they tolerated it very well.  A special thanks to the girls’ grandmother and my mother-in-law for coming to help hold and dress babies. There is no way we could have done this without the extra hands…just keeping 6 tiny shoes and 3 adorable Santa hats on needed a full time helper They are so cute and I hope you enjoy the sneak peek!

And I was honored to be able to photograph 4 generations of beautiful girls and decided to play with the picture a little.

I can’t believe that “baby M” and “baby K” are so big. Miss M is a big one year old, walking around and showing off her silly personality and Miss K is 6 months old and a far cry from the tiny preemie I met 6 months ago. They are both beautiful girls and I always enjoy spending time with these fun families.

Baby “B” is so stinking cute! I just loved the little double chin he was sporting. Seriously adorable! I was contacted about 6 months ago from a lady in CA who had found my site and wanted to buy a gift certificate for a friend here in Owasso. I didn’t realize until later that her friend was also an old friend of my husbands. It always surprises me how small the world really is. I had a great time hanging out with you all today and hope you enjoy your sneak peek of your handsome little man.

Remember Miss “M” from her adorable newborn pictures? I got to visit her again today and can’t believe she is already 6 months old. It is always so amazing how much they grow up during this first year. Although there isn’t a teacup pig in a tutu, I hope you all still like your sneak peek

Oh and a little insider info….that was her aunt and uncle that I photographed yesterday. She is going to have a new little cousin to play with soon! YAY!

Man this year is flying by! Cute little baby “W” is already 6 months old. It seems like just yesterday that we were doing his 3 month pictures and not too much before that he was a newborn. He is growing so much and is just as cute as ever. I love this age where they can sit up but not run away….we better enjoy it because he will be running around before we know it! It is so fun watching him turn from baby to little boy during this first year and I just love his red hair and his big blue eyes! This was one of the first families to let me photograph them in 2006 when I was just starting out and YAY they had another baby (I like to think it was so I could take his picture )

I got to meet the “C” family and their friends in late January. Here are a few of their sweet children. Check out the blue eyes on Miss Z. She was a doll!Big brother “A” was just as handsome as can be….
It was so fun meeting these cute sisters. They were so cooperative and beautiful. Fun to photograph!!
And I was so excited to get to see Mr “T” again. I got to photograph him a few months ago and he has grown so much. He is such a fun baby….even his kitty got to be in a picture with him ) He is so handsome!
